Questions
How do I order a custom figurine from a photo?
Send clear photos of the person, pet or character. We make a 3D model and share a preview. After you approve it, we print it in high-detail resin, paint it by hand and ship it.
Can I see the model before it is printed?
Yes. You approve the 3D model first. We only print after your approval.
How do payments work?
A modelling advance to start, then part of the balance when you approve the 3D model, and the rest before dispatch. Every amount is shown before you pay.
Can you make a figurine of a celebrity or a film character?
Only for personal use, and you confirm you have the right to use the image. We may decline orders that could infringe someone’s rights.
What happens to my photos?
They are used only for your order and deleted within 30 days of delivery unless you ask us to keep them.
