Before you order.
Which file formats do you accept?
STL, 3MF, OBJ and STEP. If you only have a sketch, photo or measurements, we can model it for you.
How long does an order take?
It depends on size, quantity and finishing. Your quote includes a confirmed delivery date before you pay.
How do I pay?
Securely online through Razorpay: UPI, cards and net banking.
Do you ship outside Kolkata?
Yes. We ship across India through Delhivery, with tracking on every parcel.
Can you print a character from a film or brand?
We don't reproduce copyrighted characters or logos. We're happy to make original characters, mythological figures, caricatures and likenesses from your own photos.
Do you take bulk or business orders?
Yes. Small-batch production, corporate gifts and business parts are quoted per order, with GST invoices.
